Here at Complete Training, we make it our #1 priority to provide a safe environment for you to come, workout, and have FUN while doing it! I guess you can call our facility a "A place of Refuge for individuals who want to get into shape"!
We will not lie and tell you that some workouts will not be difficult, but we will encourage you all the way with our loving, exciting, hyper personalities. Some may say, "It doesn't even feel like I am working out because I am too busy laughing at my crazy trainers!

We also offer Tumbling private lessons at 30 min or 1 hour. Wil has been in Tumbling since the age of 8 years old...


Our Specialty Instructor, Jodi (VIBE) makes it her #1 PRIORITY to make this class fun!

The Way We Work

At Complete Training, we are as diverse as they get! We offer Personal Training, Athletic Training, Group Functional Training Classes, Small Group Training Sessions, Tumbling Privates, and VIBE for the Ladies! All of our services help to build confidence, a healthier you, perseverance, self-control, and help you to enter into a whole new fun and enjoyable lifestyle! We have designed our programs in a way that the client/member can come in, train and be able to walk out of our facility with a smile on their face and still have money in their pocket! We do believe that a trainer's time is worth something, but a trainer's time is not worth you going broke! So you will find that our pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable and our training is AMAZING!

My name is Wilford Blowe II. I am a God fearing man who is inspired by seeing and being a part of positive change in people's lives. I am passionate about what I do and hope to instill that passion into our clients and members. That is why we call our members family. Honestly, that is how we view them as we become closer through relationships. Here at Complete Training, it is our mission to have you leaving fulfilled.

My name is Kyle Winton. Here at Complete Training, we strive to make sure that the client is served not only with great training, but also great personalities, and a warm environment! I am honored to share my passion for training with others in the community to ensure they receive what they are looking for in life in the safest manner possible.


Mikel | Trainer

My name is Mikel. I have been training for 7 years now. I am certified through NASM. I love to learn new things which in return allows me to preform better at my occupation. You must be passionate about changing lives! I believe in that and live by that. Client first... ALWAYS!

Jodi | VIBE

I'm Jodi Yother and I love teaching VIBE classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!

Lindsay | Tumbling Coach

My name is Lindsay Davis.  I love gymnastics!  I have been coaching traditional gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling for 19 years.  I believe this sport is a great way to build self-discipline and physical strength.  It is very rewarding to see my students become stronger, learn new skills, and overcome their fears.

Adam | Trainer

My name is Adam Wilson and I have been a trainer for over 5 years. I have a speed, agility, quickness certification through Nesta as well as a strength and conditioning certification through BFS. I love being a trainer because it blesses me with the opportunity to institute a positive change in someone's life.

Courtney | Trainer

My name is Courtney Watts. I have been training for 3 years, and I hold a nationally recognized personal training certification through the ACSM a Bachelors degree in Exercise science and nutrition from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have a very strong background in sports and a passion for fitness and healthy living. I am blessed to be able to work with the body, which God so intricately and wonderfully made. So, it is my goal to help my clients build a strong and healthy temple.

Here at Complete Training we offer Group Functional Training Classes for all levels of difficulty! Ranging Easy, Moderate, or Hard... Each of the 3 groups can join any class which have wide range of different exercises DAILY! We as your group circuit trainers, strive to not give the same workout, EVER! We take pride in our originality and creativity.

Our classes run 2 days a week, 3 days a week, 4 days a week, and 5 days a week! Each of our classes are designed to burn anywhere from 700 - 1000 calories per class!!!


At Complete Training, our private personal/athletic training service is focused on "Client/Athlete First"! It is our job as your trainer to do everything in our power to help you achieve your goals and gain results in order to ensure "complete" satisfaction!


Beginner class: (No Experience) In this class you will be taught:

  • Forward/Backward Rolls
  • Cartwheels
  • Round offs
  • Handstands
  • Backbends
  • Back walk overs
  • Front Walkover

Intermediate class: (you must have mastered back bend on floor and starting back walk over)
  • Front Handspring
  • Standing backhand spring
  • Roundoff backhand springs
  • Multiple Backhand springs
  • Round Off Tuck
  • Round off backhand spring back tuck
  • Front Tuck

Advanced Class: (you must have: round off back handspring back tuck)
  • Layouts
  • Full twisting layouts
  • Standing Tuck (may be taught this skill in intermediate)

Tumbling Class Schedule
  • Monday: 6pm (Beginner Class)
  • Tuesday: 6pm (Intermediate Class)
  • Wednesday: 6pm (Advanced Class)


    We also offer Tumbling private lessons at 30 min or 1 hour. Wil has been in Tumbling since the age of 8 years old. He has 11 years of tumble instructing under his belt and was taught by some of the best instructors around! His main goal is SAFETY FIRST! He loves to see a tumbler progress from one skill to the next. That is what motivates him as an instructor. Not only does the athlete need flexability, but they need the strength to be able to operate that skill properly! So along with tumble instructing, they will get proper instruction on how the body works in order to complete the skill at hand.

Our Group Functional Training Classes are functional based training classes. Meaning we concentrate on the functional moments of the body so that you may be prepared for whatever life throws your way. We program these core functional movements into a controlled intensity environment. What do we mean by that? YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR OWN INTENSITY! Our classes are designed to accommodate beginner to advanced fitness levels.

6am Class (Complete Zombies Co-Ed)
This class is for the early risers. You need to get to work early? Than this class is for you!
You will find is to be very energetic in this class to "KEEP YOUR JUICES FLOWING" (WE HAVE SHOWERS!)

10am Class (Hot Mommas-WOMEN ONLY)
This is our WOMEN ONLY functional training class. Our concentration here is of course, core movements. Here we focus on the areas that women have issues with.

6pm Class (Complete Misfits - Co-Ed)
This Class is for those who've just gotten off work and are ready to let go of the stress of the day! Blow off some steam! If you can't make the other two classes... This one is for you!
