My name is Mikel. I hold a nationally recognized personal training certification through NASM. I love to learn new things which in return allows me to preform better at my occupation. You must be passionate about changing lives! I believe in that and live by that. Client first... ALWAYS!
I'm Jodi Yother and I love teaching VIBE classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
My name is Lindsay Davis. I love gymnastics! I have been coaching traditional gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling for 20 years. I believe this sport is a great way to build self-discipline and physical strength. It is very rewarding to see my students become stronger, learn new skills, and overcome their fears.
My name is Adam Wilson. I have a speed, agility, and quickness certification through NESTA as well as a strength and conditioning certification through BFS. I am a trainer because it blesses me with the opportunity to institute a positive change in someone's life.
My name is Courtney Watts. I hold a nationally recognized personal training certification through the ACSM and a Bachelors degree in Exercise science and nutrition from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have a very strong background in sports and a passion for fitness and healthy living. I am blessed to be able to work with the body, which God so intricately and wonderfully made. So, it is my goal to help my clients build a strong and healthy temple.

At Complete Training, our private personal/athletic training service is focused on "Client/Athlete First"! It is our job as your trainer to do everything in our power to help you achieve your goals and gain results in order to ensure "complete" satisfaction!
We offer Tumbling private lessons and classes. Our tumbling instructors are technically sound. They are motivated and passionate about teaching the acquired skills to each athlete in a fun and safe manner. Not only does the athlete need flexibility, but they need the strength to be able to operate that skill properly! So along with tumble instructing, they will receive proper instruction on how the body works in order to complete the skill at hand.

Our Group Functional Training Classes are based on the functional movements of the body. Meaning we focus on the mechanics of the body so that you may be prepared for whatever life throws your way. We program these core functional movements into a controlled intensity environment. What do we mean by that? YOU
ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR OWN INTENSITY!
Our classes are designed to accommodate basic to advanced fitness levels.
6am Class (Co-Ed) This class is for the early risers. You need to get to work early? Than this class is for you!
You will find that exercising early in the morning will help to “jump start” your metabolism. As a result, you will burn more calories and increase your level of energy throughout the day! (WE HAVE SHOWERS!)
Class (Hot Mommas-WOMEN ONLY) This is our WOMEN ONLY functional training class. Our concentration here is of course, core movements, but a huge portion of these classes ocus on the areas that women have issues with.
6pm Class (Co-Ed) This Class is for those who've just gotten off work and are ready to let go of the stress of the day! Blow off some steam and get a great workout in at the same time!
