Who We Are

Complete Training is one of Chattanooga’s best results based training facilities. Our main focus and priority is to help you in understanding what it takes and how to achieve the goals you wish to obtain. We are a neighborhood gym committed to providing our community with effective, science proven workouts as well as a place to interact and support one another in a quest for ultimate health and wellbeing.

Our Philosophy

Using a functional approach to fitness, Complete Training’s High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts include the perfect balance of strength & cardio to train the entire body. Research has shown repeatedly that HIIT has a bigger impact on both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Complete Training is the ideal place to get an efficient, effective, and fun workout that will improve your endurance and transform your body!

The Benefit

Complete Training was established in 2010. Since then, we have helped to transform the lives of many individuals within our community. Our goal and main focus is to help guide you in the right direction during your journey to a new you!

We will not lie and tell you that some workouts will not be difficult, but we will encourage you all the way with our loving, exciting, hyper personalities. Some may say, "It doesn't even feel like I am working out because I am too busy laughing at my crazy trainers!
